Arnold Bettendorf
I started working in the hospitality industry in dark age of 1972 In a hotel in Trier, Germany as apprentice. Since then travelled and worked in Berlin, London, Johannesburg and now Cape Town.
I would be a professional couch potato or mountain biker, whatever would be more fun.
Fish, must be fresh and grilled, preferably skin on lemon or lime is essential Favourite spice is cumin and fresh thyme.
Namibia, or really anywhere in Afrika or Europe or Asia, am happy anywhere really
